Cantrav Leisure Services,
a division of Cantrav Services Inc. provides live on-line service to
specific travel agency affiliations and is not a general
consumer site. These agencies provide valuable service and
counseling to travelers, it is recommended that bookings are
made through these agencies. Travel confirmation information
will be generated on-line only when full payment has been
received by Cantrav Leisure Services. All tour prices
listed are identified as either U.S. or Canadian funds per
person.
Online Reservations
All bookings are real-time
requests for availability and once booked will be reserved in
real time from allocated inventory unless otherwise specified.
The confirmation information generated shall serve as your
clients receipt for services purchased and should be printed and
stored in a safe place. The confirmation information shall serve
as the clients travel document and changes or cancellations will
require the reservation number in order to be effected. If the
booking is cancelled after acceptance of confirmation
cancellation polices apply.
Payment Policies
All tours and excursions require
full payment upon booking and shall be deemed as fully paid upon
receipt of confirmation and meeting instructions information by
the Cantrav Leisure Services system. Charges will appear
on credit card statements as Cantrav Services Inc.
The person
paying for the tour/package does not have to be one of the
traveling participants. However, it is the agent’s
responsibility to ensure that any credit card being used for the
transaction is not being used in a fraudulent way. A charge
back fee of $25.00 USD will apply for each disputed charge or
for insufficient funds on checks.
Commissions and Service Fees
Commission will not be paid on taxes or
fees. Commission statements will be sent out with in 30 days of
client travel. A service fee of $2.50 USD is included in tour
costs.
Change Fees for Package Tours
Changes may
be made online or by
Contacting Us, subject to the terms
and conditions of the supplier who provides the services. Please
insure that you read the terms and agree to them during the
reservation process by checking the box. There are no change
fees when changes are made online and accepted by the Cantrav
Leisure Services Ltd. system.
Cancellation Policy for Package
Tours
Payments
are fully refundable for online cancellations made and accepted
on the Cantrav Leisure Services system subject to the
cancellation policy of the operator who supplies the service for
the tour booked. This information should be reviewed during the
reservation process. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation
cannot be applied to future bookings. Passengers who fail to
join the tour will not receive a refund.
Refund Policy
Cantrav
Leisure Services
reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour in its
reasonable discretion in response to insufficient sales. If
Cantrav Leisure Services (Cantrav Services Inc.)
cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund of
amounts paid to Cantrav Services Inc. If an operator
for Cantrav Services Inc. cancels a portion of a tour due
to weather or other reasons beyond the control of Cantrav
Leisure Services or other vendors, or if a participant
decides, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or
part of the tour, Cantrav Leisure Services will not be
required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellations by
Cantrav Leisure Services Ltd. or its suppliers, you will
receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion, with
value to be determined by Cantrav Leisure Services in a
fair and equitable manner. Refunds are processed by the main
office of Cantrav Services Inc. All refunds will be
made through you the travel agent and processed on the original
form of payment.
Special Requirements
We seek, to
the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of participants
with disabilities so that they are able to enjoy our tours.
Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers if prior
arrangements have been made at time of booking. Other animals
are at the discretion of the service supplier. Although
Cantrav Leisure Services endeavors to make sure that other
persons or companies providing services or portions of the tour
satisfy their obligations under applicable law, Cantrav Services Inc. cannot guarantee that all of those services or
portions will be fully accessible to those participants with
disabilities. It is essential that we be notified of any special
medical, physical or other requirements your clients may have at
the time of booking.
Increase in Fares, Port Charges,
Taxes and Changes in Tour Content
Prices
quoted are subject to increase should cost factors dictate the
need; Cantrav Leisure Services may do so at any time. If
a governmental authority or vendor increases fees or taxes,
Cantrav Leisure Services reserves the right to pass on those
increases. Cantrav Leisure Services reserves the right to
alter the tours listed on this web site or substitute a tour or
component of a tour with a tour or component of comparable value
(including hotels of a similar category).
Baggage & Valuables Policy
Two pieces
of stored luggage per person are allowed on transfers. Select
sightseeing tours do not have baggage storage. During your
travel, you should not leave money, jewelry or other valuables
left lying in hotels, on buses, or elsewhere. Cantrav Leisure
Services does not assume any responsibility for loss of or
damage to perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, gold,
silver, jewelry, film, videotape, video equipment, binoculars,
computers, computer equipment, cameras, or similar valuables,
securities, financial instruments, or other valuable documents.
Cantrav Leisure Services is also not responsible for any
carry-on baggage left unattended on buses or on other modes of
transportation or in hotels.
Immigration and Customs
All United
States and Canadian citizens are required to have in their
possession a valid passport or one of the following as proof of
citizenship; photo ID and a recently expired passport; a birth
certificate, original or a certified copy and photo ID; a U.S.
naturalization certificate and photo ID. Citizens of other
countries must carry a valid passports and any necessary
entry/re-entry Visas. If you have been convicted of a felony,
you will not be permitted to enter Canada or the United States
Gratuities
Gratuities
are not included in Cantrav Leisure Services tour
pricing. Should you choose to provide a gratuity to someone who
has provided you with exceptional service please do so. |
